About Us
Company History.
- On completion of a full Industrial Electrical Engineering apprenticeship, Richard decided it was time to branch out. In 1991, R Craig Electrical Services was born.
- In 2002, the company became a NIC EIC Approved contractor, and are proud to continue to run under this governing body.
- In 2005 our Limited company was formed and we became Richard Craig Electrical Ltd.
- In 2014 Luke Craig joined the company and our family business continues to grow.
- In 2019 we registered with the OLEV Gov scheme and created our EV Charging department.
- In 2020, we introduced a small fleet of plant equipment, which is now available to hire through RC Access.
Family Owned & Family Run.
Over the years we have built a strong team of highly skilled engineers, most of who have completed full apprenticeships within our company and remain with us until this day. Our team are capable of taking on a wide range of electrical jobs in the Industrial, Commercial, Agricultural and Domestic Sectors.
With our focus always being on customer satisfaction and completing projects to a very high standard, Richard’s hands-on approach and customer relations have stayed strong and still remain to this day.
We are progressing within industries such as food processing and sawmills, always keen for new challenges.
We are pushing forward with many Commercial and Industrial workplace charging solutions, but also offer our EV Charging solutions to Domestic households.
